These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Hostira hosting, domain registration, billing, support and related services. By placing an order, renewing a service, accessing the client area or continuing to use any Hostira service, the customer agrees to follow these terms.
By purchasing, renewing or using Hostira services, customers confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
If a customer does not agree with these terms, they must not place an order or continue using Hostira services.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including name, email address, phone number, billing address and domain ownership details.
Customers must keep client area, cPanel, email, FTP, database and other login credentials secure. Any action performed through the customer account may be treated as authorized unless reported and verified otherwise.
Services are activated after successful payment, order verification and fraud checks where applicable. Some orders may require manual review before activation.
Hostira reserves the right to reject, cancel or request additional verification for orders that appear incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, high-risk or inconsistent with our service policies.
Customers must pay invoices on or before the due date to keep services active. Failure to pay renewal invoices may result in suspension, late fees, termination or permanent data removal depending on the service status and retention period.
Service pricing may vary based on product type, billing cycle, selected currency, taxes, licenses, add-ons and promotional offers. Promotional pricing may apply only for the first billing term unless clearly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing correct billing and tax details before invoice generation. Once an invoice is paid or finalized, changes may not be possible due to accounting, tax or compliance requirements.
Domain registration, renewal and transfer services are subject to registrar, registry and applicable domain policies. Customers must provide accurate registrant details and complete any required verification process.
Domain registration, renewal and transfer charges are generally non-refundable once processed. Hostira is not responsible for domain expiry, suspension, transfer failure or loss caused by incorrect details, missed verification, delayed payment or customer-side action.
Hosting services must be used only for lawful websites, email and applications. Customers must not use Hostira services for phishing, malware, spam, fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, illegal content, abusive automation or activity that harms the server, network or other customers.
Hosting plans may include limits related to storage, CPU, RAM, I/O, processes, inodes, email sending, databases, bandwidth, backups and account features. Unlimited or unmetered terms, where used, remain subject to fair use and server stability.
Customers must not run abusive scripts, mining tools, spam tools, open proxy services, mass mailing systems, high-load crawlers or background processes that negatively affect other users or server performance.
Email services must be used responsibly. Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, spoofed messages, phishing emails or malicious attachments is strictly prohibited.
Hostira may suspend mail services or hosting accounts involved in spam complaints, blacklist issues, compromised mailboxes or abusive email activity.
Customers are responsible for keeping websites, CMS installations, plugins, themes, scripts and custom applications updated and secure. Compromised websites may be suspended to protect the server, network and other customers.
Hostira may provide basic guidance, but customers remain responsible for website code, third-party plugins, themes, licenses and application-level security unless a separate managed service agreement is active.
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their websites, databases, emails and files. Hostira may provide backup features depending on the selected plan, but backup availability is not guaranteed unless explicitly included in the service terms.
Hostira is not liable for data loss caused by customer error, unpaid invoices, account suspension, termination, compromised websites, software failure, third-party failure or events outside reasonable control.
Hostira support may assist with hosting-related issues such as account access, cPanel guidance, DNS checks, SSL checks, basic email checks, server-side errors and billing queries.
Website development, custom coding, third-party script debugging, theme customization, malware cleanup, application repair and advanced troubleshooting may require separate paid service.
Migration assistance, where provided, depends on source server access, backup availability, account size, compatibility and technical feasibility. Customers must verify website, email, database and DNS functionality after migration.
Hostira may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse reports, phishing, malware, spam, illegal content, fraud, resource abuse, policy violations, security threats or failure to cooperate during an investigation.
Suspended services may remain unavailable until the issue is resolved and verified. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
When Hostira receives abuse complaints from data centers, registrars, security researchers, legal authorities or third parties, Hostira may investigate the affected service, restrict access, suspend the account, preserve relevant logs and request corrective action from the customer.
Customers must respond quickly to abuse notifications and cooperate with cleanup, removal, patching, password changes or any required remediation steps.
Customers must not host or distribute phishing pages, malware, botnets, spam tools, pirated software, nulled scripts, illegal downloads, harmful scripts, scam pages, impersonation content, exploit kits or content prohibited by law or upstream provider policy.
Hostira aims to maintain stable services, but no hosting or internet service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted at all times. Maintenance, updates, emergency security actions, hardware issues, network problems, upstream provider issues or force majeure events may affect availability.
Hostira is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, revenue loss, reputation loss, data loss, third-party service failure, search engine ranking changes, email reputation issues or damages caused by customer-side misconfiguration, outdated software or unauthorized account access.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the Hostira Refund Policy and the specific product terms. Domain fees, third-party licenses, setup fees, add-ons and services suspended for abuse or policy violations may not be refundable.
Hostira may update service features, pricing, plan limits, policies or these Terms and Conditions when required for business, technical, security, legal or operational reasons. Continued use of services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
